With the Digital Product Compliance Concept from gds to the Digital Product Passport:

Data collection and import

Supplier declarations and data from systems such as ERP, PDM and CRM must be captured and integrated. In this regard, tools such as the supplier communication tool complyhub are helpful.

Editorial systems such as XR and docuglobe for creating user information help you to capture and organize the flood of information centrally.

Central provision

The collected data are provided centrally via content delivery portals (CDP) such as easybrowse. The content delivery platforms import the data via iiRDS or individually in accordance with the DPP regulations and ensure that the information is distributed securely and in a structured manner.

Target groups such as customers, service technicians, end users and supervisory authorities are given individual access rights and therefore direct access to their relevant information.

Information utilization

Users access the information through various channels such as browsers, apps or QR codes.

All data flow into the DPP in structured manner, are recorded in the EU register to fulfill regulatory requirements, or are made available to the sales department to provide targeted information to customers and users.
