Full service for new customers

gds GmbH has many years of experience in the field of technical documentation. docuglobe, the standard tool based on MS Word of the full-service provider has been proved in the market to assist technical writers with a documentation compilation process that is structured and organized. The cloud-based docuglobe-HOMEOFFICE version now offers access to the basic features of the established editorial management system from anywhere. Likewise, CE-EXPERT modules with a prepared operating manual and a standard template for use to ensure compliance with standards and directives are an integral part of the docuglobe-HOMEOFFICE version.


gds is offering free group training online to get started with the program. The scope of training comprises four days of three-hour training sessions. Further training or workshops can be provided if needed. Files created in docuglobe-HOMEOFFICE can be transferred at any time to an in-house server-based solution. “All the files can be made available as MS Word documents should a customer prefer to no longer use docuglobe after the period of free use has expired. This includes templates, modules and external files – they can all be saved as individual files and are not lost,” explains Pelster. Free-of-charge use of docuglobe-HOMEOFFICE is being offered until October 31, 2020.
